Bob is a founder and the Chief Executive Officer of HomeTown USA Title
Agency Ltd. providing both leadership and expertise in title, real estate
and mortgage lending. Over the past 29 years he has developed a successful
track record in a broad spectrum of the financial services industry, 
including co-founding a family of no-load mutual funds. Bob chose to form
HomeTown USA to fill a consumer void in the marketplace. With his hands-on 
experience in real estate and mortgage lending, Bob knows what the consumer
is looking for in a Title company; integrity and great service at the most cost
effective price. 
   

Molly M. O'Neill    

Molly is the Vice President of HomeTown USA Title Agency, Ltd. She is title insurance 
licensed in the State of Ohio and has over 11 years of experience in the mortgage 
and real estate industry. Prior to joining HomeTown USA, Molly  managed an 
accounting, auditing and tax practice for 10 years. With over 30 years of collective 
title experience Molly's staff at HomeTown USA have the knowledge, skill and 
attitude to handle all of your residential or commercial title and escrow needs. 
Molly strives to keep HomeTown USA on the cutting edge of the latest technology 
available in the industry. Customers can be confident that their title and/or escrow
