We perform a complete title search of public records for the past forty years or to 
the inception of title. Based upon this examination we may issue a title policy 
ensuring clear title.

LIMITED LIEN SEARCH
We perform a complete search of public records for the period of time during which 
the current owner has held title to the property. We state the conditions affecting his 
title during the period of his ownership. This provides assurance to a party who may 
be filing a lien on the property, this includes leases or second mortgages.

TITLE INSURANCE
For the protection of buyers and/or lenders, we can issue four types of policies: 
Owner's Fee Policy, ALTA Loan Policy, Leasehold Policy and Title Guarantee Policy.

PRELIMINARY JUDICAL REPORTS
In the event a property is in the process of foreclosure or a dispute of ownership or 
priority exists, we can provide a judical report for the court showing all conditions of 
title.

LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
Providing clear, accurate and timely legal descriptions of real property is a FREE 
service to our customers. Building cards, maps and comparables are also available.

ESCROW SERVICES
Our experienced and well trained escrow department will accurately follow instructions, 
close your transaction and promptly disburse funds.

LEGAL COUNSEL
We provide legal counsel to assist in your real estate transaction.

We provide a FREE mobile closing service. You may complete your transaction at our
